Why shop with us? We want to bring the product of Hanro direct to you without you having to leave the house. We want to tell you when we have the newest styles and have the availability for you to see this right in front of you all at once. We want to mix the in store shopping experience along with online experience to provide you with the perfect option to shopping for your Hanro product.

How do I place an order? To Place an order simply find the product you wish to order, choose your size and colour you wish to have and add the product to your cart. Once the product is in your cart the page will show you have 1 item in your cart, you will then have the option to either continue shopping or proceed to checkout. If you want to continue shopping but don’t find anything else which you would like then just click on your cart on the top right of the page and this will take you to the checkout, simply finish and confirm your order there.

Where do you ship to and how much will it cost? Currently we ship to UK, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Within the UK we offer a free recorded delivery service with an option of next day delivery at a cost. Delivery to Europe will be of extra cost of around £2.50 depending on weight of package.

How quick do you ship the goods out? We will generally ship the goods between Monday and Friday as soon as the orders are received. If orders are received late evening then they will be dealt with first thing in the morning. For next day delivery orders must be processed before 1pm on the working day.
