Q: How do I place an order online?
A; Our aim is to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. To make a purchase, browse our online stores by using the categories at the top of the page or the search bar to find what you are looking for, add your required items to your shopping cart by selecting the correct sizes and colours and then clicking ‘add to shopping bag’.
To review your items click on the ‘my cart’ link at the top of the page. Here you can change the quantities or delete any items from your cart. To place your order click on “Proceed to checkout” to go to the checkout page to complete your order.
Q: Can I place an order over the phone?
A: Yes – if you would prefer to place your order over the phone, please call us on +44 (0)1580 241111 (Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm). We can take card payments over the phone.
Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
A: No, but it is recommended that you do so your order history can be retrieved, although there is an option of checking out as a guest when you get to the checkout page.

A: We do not share any of your information provided by you as a guest purchaser or as an account holder with any other person or organisation. All of your personal information is kept private and confidential.

Q: How can I return or exchange an item from my order?
A: You can return or exchange any part of your order within 28 days of receiving it. You should have received a returns/exchange form in your, simply fill out the form and return your items, making sure to keep a receipt of your postage. If you need any further information please contact us.
