Delivery information

Goods ordered online will be dispatched from the warehouse promptly via Recorded Delivery to the specified delivery address free of charge within the UK. For more urgent orders, please select the ‘next day’ delivery option. If you select the ‘next day’ option, we use the Royal Mail ‘signed for’ service which guarantees next day delivery, but you will be charged for this service.

Please note that we are only able to dispatch these items on the same day if you order before 1pm on a working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched as soon as possible. Orders for delivery to the EU and worldwide will be dispatched using airmail.

Goods ordered by you shall be delivered within a reasonable period of time and in any event within 14 days if the product is in stock. However, any dates for delivery which we indicate to you are (unless specially agreed with our customer service team) given as an estimate only and your delivery date can never be guaranteed.

You may contact our customer services team to track the delivery of your order at any time. In addition to this, if you have not received your goods within 14 days of receiving the order acknowledgement we kindly request that you complete a ‘ missing in the post’ form which can be requested from our customer service team (see contact details). Upon receipt of your ‘missing in the post’ form we will issue replacement goods in the post or, if the goods are out of stock, issue either substituted goods or a full refund.

We reserve the right to levy a further delivery charge if the reason that the goods were not delivered to you, was that the goods were not collected by you from the Royal Mail (or any other courier that we have used), or if you failed to arrange a re-delivery directly with the royal mail 9or any other carrier), and we issue replacement goods to you.

 

Goods not arrived

If you do not receive your items within 14 days then, as no set delivery date is assigned to orders from www.hanro.co.uk , we would ask you to complete a ‘missing in post form’ and will offer a replacement item to be sent or a refund to be issued. www.hanro.co.uk reserve the right that, if claiming for goods not arriving before the 14 days have elapsed to request the customer allows the remaining time span up to 14 days before dispatching a replacement or issuing a refund.

We reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee for items that were not collected or if a re-delivery is not arrange by you on receipt of a card from the Courier or Royal Mail.
