Until Sunday 2 May all order will be have next day delivery, orders under £50 will be charged £2.00. After this date orders will resume to listing below.

All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours from when the order is placed. Please allow slightly longer during busy sale and holiday periods. 


For Click & Collect orders, you will receive an email telling you when your order has been shipped, your parcel will be delivered to the London boutique and be ready for collection within 2 working days. Please ensure you bring your order reference and a form of ID, unfortunately the Boutique are unable to accept web returns. 

Please note: we are closed during weekends, any orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail or UK Mail and are tracked. If you would like to know the whereabouts of your parcel, please contact us on +44 (0) 1580 241 111.


If you have not received your goods within 14 days of placing your order, we kindly request that you complete a missing order form which can be requested from our customer service team. Upon receipt of your missing order form, we will issue replacement goods in the post or, if the goods are out of stock, issue either substituted goods or a full refund.

If you fail to collect or arrange re-delivery with Royal Mail (or any other courier that we have used) on receipt of a delivery card/note, we reserve the right to levy a further delivery charge.


If you are unhappy with the items you have ordered, we can exchange them or issue a full or partial refund for your order.

You must return unwanted items in their original sellable state within 28 DAYS of you receiving them.

Please note: We will not accept items where the tags have been removed or the original packaging is missing.

Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own underwear. We will not accept worn or soiled garments due to hygiene reasons.

You should receive a Return/Exchange form with your order with a return address. Fill out the form accordingly and return the items making sure to obtain a postal receipt in the event that your package is lost in transit.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide free returns but we will refund the postage cost if the return is due to our own error / fault. 

Please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notifying you when your return/exchange has been issued.



Gift wrapping is available free of charge with every order placed online. 

If you would like to use our free gift wrapping service, simply select the gift wrap option by ticking the box when you get to the checkout when placing your order. If you do not want to add a message, simply leave the text box blank.
