Orders placed before 10am (excluding weekends) will be dispatched on the same day and orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 10am on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
*Click and collect orders aren't dispatched from our warehouse everyday so orders can take up to 4 working days to arrive at the Boutique.
If your click & collect order has not been collected 30 days after a ready to collect notification has been sent to your email, your order will automatically be cancelled and we will issue you with a refund.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International delivery costs will vary depending on the service selected and its destination. Express delivery is available for most destinations. When you're placing your order, the available delivery options for your destination will be displayed at checkout.
The delivery options for your destination are displayed at checkout. We require a signature for all orders, so delivery to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses is currently unavailable.
DELIVERY TIMES
Express delivery for most of Europe: delivered within 2-4 days.
Rest of the world: delivered within 3-7 days.
Standard delivery for selected countries (up to 2kg): delivered within 2-8 days.
Delivery times are based on the time your package is sent and should only be used as a guide. HANRO cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payments, though we'll try to minimise any potential delays.
Depending on your location, our orders can be delivered by different couriers like DPD, DHL or Royal Mail.
- Please note due to the current global pandemic, international shipping rates are constantly fluctuating which is reflected in our overseas delivery prices. We are reviewing these rates regularly to ensure that we offer you the most competitive cost for delivery.
- In Italy customs duties and taxes are calculated and prepaid by Poste Italiane and collected at delivery from the receiver, together with the postal charges of 5€ (for values <€1,000 and €11 for values >€1,000).

From January 2021, all orders placed within the EU, including the Republic of Ireland, will no longer include VAT. Our courier, DPD, or Royal Mail in some cases, will send your parcel to the appropriate ‘Import Gateway Hub’ and you will be contacted and asked to pay for custom charges and country taxes if applicable (this only applies to items originating outside of the EU). The percentage charged for taxes will depend on the import gateway your order has been sent to. You will have 7 days to respond and make payment for these charges, however if you do not, your order will be returned to us. We can reattempt delivery at an additional charge or alternatively issue a refund for the goods returned, excluding any shipping charges.
