What you'll do:

• Welcome and assist customers in a warm, professional manner
• Handle sales, returns, and exchanges
• Keep the shop floor tidy and beautifully presented
• Support stock management and deliveries
• Contribute to a positive and engaging in-store atmosphere

About you:

• Friendly, reliable, and well-presented
• Confident working with customers and handling transactions
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not essential
