REWARDS
Once you've earned 2,000 points, you'll be automatically assigned Gold Tier status, which includes more benefits and exclusive offers. See below for the difference between the Silver & Gold Tiers.
Joining our free rewards program is easy. If you haven't already, just create an account to get started. Once you’ve done that, you’ll have full access to all the exciting ways we offer to earn points! Each time you come back, just make sure that you're logged in to track your progress, redeem points, and much more.
While logged in, just click on each of the tiles above to earn points. In most cases, we'll credit your account immediately; however, please note that there may be a delay for points rewarded in exchange for purchases.
Points can be redeemed directly from this rewards page when logged in. When you have enough points for a reward, scroll to the top of this page and select ‘Redeem now’ and you will be given options based on the number of points you have to redeem. You will then be issued with a code which can be applied at checkout to redeem your discount. Please note, rewards can only be redeemed on full-priced items.
Once you've earned 2,000 points in a calendar year, you'll be automatically assigned Gold Tier status, which includes more benefits and exclusive offers. See above for the difference between the Silver & Gold Tiers.
Click “Forgot Password?” to reset your password. From there you’ll need to verify your email address and we’ll lead you through the process to get you back into your account. If you’re having any further issues, just send us an email and we’ll endeavour to assist you.
Points expire 1 year from the time they are earned. Don't worry, we will email you 2 reminders before they expire! Rewards expire 60 days from the date you exchange points into rewards.
When you return an item, the points you earned associated with that item will be immediately deducted. For example, if you make a purchase for £100, and then return £75 worth of products, we would deduct 75 points from your account.
