If you are unhappy with any of the items you have ordered, you can return them within 28 days of receiving your goods. You should have received a returns/exchange form in your order, please allow 14 days for returns to be processed.* Simply fill out the form, enter your details on the Royal Mail site and return your items, making sure to keep a receipt of your postage. If you need any further information please contact us.
We are only able to offer exchanges for the same style in a different size or colour. If you'd like a different style of item, please place a new order.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer free returns for international orders. Please return items to our returns address below and obtain a proof of postage for your records.
The Boutique are able to accept webshop returns, although they are unable to process refunds on web purchases, they will be sent to head office and processed. You will be notified when this is complete.
*Please note, we are doing everything we can to process returns as soon as possible. With our additional health & safety measures in place, this is taking a little longer than usual. Please allow up to 21 working days for your return to be processed. We will email you once your return has been processed.

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, and in all original packaging. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.

We do not reimburse shipping or return postage on returns, unless this is due to our own error or items are faulty.

We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your HANRO account or future orders being refused.
