For Click & Collect orders, you will receive an email telling you when your order has been shipped, your parcel will be delivered to the London boutique and be ready for collection within 2 working days. Please ensure you bring your order reference and a form of ID. The Boutique are able to accept webshop returns but cannot offer refunds on web purchases.
Please note: we are closed during weekends, any orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
