HANRO x Crafted at Powdermills Competition — Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This competition is run by Intimates Lingerie LLP, Unit 18, Apple Pie Farm, Cranbrook Road, Benenden, Kent, TN17 4EU, United Kingdom, in partnership with Powdermills Prop Co UK LTD, Crafted at Powdermills, Powdermill Lane, Battle, East Sussex, TN33 0SP (together, "the Promoters").
2. Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of HANRO, Intimates Lingerie, Crafted at Powdermills, and any agencies directly associated with this competition.
2.2 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be void.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter, visit www.hanro.co.uk › pages › hanro-x-crafted-competition and complete the sign-up form between 1 - 30th September 2026 ("the Promotion Period").
3.2 Entrants must provide a valid name and email address to be eligible.
3.3 Entry is free and does not require purchase. Opting in to either brand's marketing newsletter is optional and has no bearing on entry into the prize draw.
3.4 Entries received after the closing date, or that are incomplete, will not be considered.
4. The Prize
4.1 One winner will receive:
- A two-night stay for two people at Crafted at Powdermills, including breakfast and access to lakeside wellness and seasonal programming (subject to availability and Crafted's booking terms)
- A £500 voucher to spend at hanro.co.uk
- A HANRO sleepover hamper
4.2 The prize is as stated and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or substituted, except at the Promoters' discretion (e.g. if the stay becomes unavailable, in which case an alternative of equal or greater value may be offered).
4.3 The hotel stay is subject to availability and excludes any blackout dates the hotel specifies (e.g. peak season, bank holidays). The stay must be booked and taken by 31st March 2027.
4.4 Travel to and from Crafted at Powdermills is not included and is the winner's responsibility.
4.5 The £500 HANRO voucher is valid for 6 months from issue and can be used online only at hanro.co.uk, subject to HANRO's standard voucher terms.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period, after the closing date.
5.2 The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date, using the email address provided at entry.
5.3 If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
5.4 The winner may be asked, and by entering agrees, to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition (e.g. name and/or image use across HANRO and Crafted's marketing channels), where consent is separately confirmed.
6. Data Protection
6.1 Personal data submitted as part of this competition will be processed by HANRO UK and, where the entrant opts in, shared with Crafted at Powdermills for the purpose of their own marketing communications.
6.2 Each brand is responsible for how it uses your data once shared; see [HANRO's privacy policy] and [Crafted's privacy policy] for details.
6.3 Entrants may withdraw marketing consent from either brand at any time by unsubscribing via the link in any marketing email received.
7. General
7.1 The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, amend or withdraw this competition at any stage if deemed necessary in their opinion, or if circumstances arise outside their control.
7.2 The Promoters' decision on all matters relating to this competition is final; no correspondence will be entered into.
7.3 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform it may be promoted on.
7.4 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
