Call this Gift Wrapped?

I ordered a pair of pyjama bottoms for my husbands birthday as always with Hanro expecting excellent quality.
I paid an extra £5 to have them gift wrapped. Basically the box was thrown into a Hanro gift bag and came open so the pyjamas were just screwed up in the bottom of the bag. We can rarely afford Hanro but buy it when we can expecting the quality and luxury to be standard. Extremely disappointed. Will think twice before ordering again.
